The Wanderer 1.5 by CK Koh

Art Porters Gallery
64 Spottiswoode Park Rd, Singapore 088652, Art Porters Room 2

In these times of seclusion and solitude, we have plunged into a world of uncertainty. The Wanderer: Detour calls for audiences to reflect and find ways to search for new experiences.

CK Koh is a Malaysian contemporary mixed-media artist & children’s book author. Koh’s works appear to have a cheery outlook from the onset. They also address serious underlying topics, capturing the spirit of a generation.

In The Wanderer: Detour, Boxboy, the alias of Koh, ventures into Earth. From cats to squirrels to a trio of hedgehogs, Boxboy encounters several animals on his journey. Conjured up by Koh’s curiosity towards forgotten spaces, the exotic landscapes provide new perspectives.
