Pattara Chanruechachai (b. 1971, Bangkok, TH) focuses on perception, visible truths, appearance, disappearance, and past and current issues. His work deals with renditions in photographic imagery, sculpture and installation as ways of transmitting ideas across boundaries. Chanruechachai explores and revisits memories through fragments of forgotten knowledge to create narratives that allow us to be a part of their construction. He has presented works in international group exhibitions including I know you, Irish Museum of Modern Art, Dublin (2013); Safe Place in the Future (?)
